How do I receive a DaVinci Resolve Studio license?

After making the purchase, you must wait a few seconds and the system will immediately direct you to another screen where your license details will appear.

Additionally, you will receive an email from sales@intektv.com. Please check your spam and promotions folders.

This email will contain your license serial number and activation key.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of this product, there are no returns or refunds. All sales are final.

How do I receive the invoice?

The platform issues the corresponding receipt and/or proof of purchase via email.

Is my payment secure?

Payment is 100% secure through payment gateways that guarantee customer data is encrypted.

Why was my order cancelled and when will I receive my refund?

To protect our customers, all orders go through an automated security verification system. If an order is identified as high-risk, it is automatically canceled and the license is not delivered.

If the payment has already been processed, the refund will be automatically initiated to the same payment method used. Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take between 5 and 10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

If you believe your order was cancelled in error, you can try again, making sure the billing information exactly matches your card details, or contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

How do I install a DaVinci Resolve Studio license?

We provide you with these instructions to activate your code and download the license.

On how many devices is it permitted to download the license?

Each license allows installation on two (2) devices simultaneously.

How many updates does the license allow? Is there a cost?

It's possible to upgrade your license for FREE for life. This process is done directly on the Blackmagic Design website. You'll just need your serial number and activation key.

If I live outside the United States, how can I pay in dollars?

The bank will handle the conversion based on the exchange rate of the day in your local currency.

I would also like to purchase the color panels and editing keyboards, can I do that with you?
